b. April 25, 1822, in Caledonia County, Vermont; d. 1873. In 1847, Fuller was admitted to the bar and began the practice of law in Claremont, New Hampshire. Fuller came to Illinois in 1850, settling first in Pioneer and then in Pekin. He won a seat in the state senate as a Democrat and served on the judiciary committee. In 1867, Fuller moved to Chicago to join the law firm of Scammon and McCagg.
